Leadership

Bryan Corley

Lead Pastor

I was born and raised in Farmington, NM. Upon graduating high school, I headed to Tennessee to attend college, graduating with a B.S. in History with a minor in Political Science. I met my beautiful wife, Leah, in January of 2003, we were married in August that same year. We spent the next few years in the Chattanooga, TN area before moving to Lynchburg, VA, where I took a job working at Liberty University. In 2009, we welcomed our first child, Brady. In 2010, I graduated from Liberty with my M.A. in Business and Leadership. At the end of 2010, we moved back to Farmington, NM. November of 2013, Leah, myself and 6 other couples started Day3Church, which has been such an amazing journey! In 2017, we adopted Tayleigh and Michaela into our family. We welcomed Knox in 2018 and Shiloh in 2020, in just 3 short years we went from 1 child to 5.  My life has been a series of ups-and-downs, one that all along the way, God has been leading and directing. I am one blessed man! A few small things about me, GO PATRIOTS!!! ROLL TIDE ROLE!!! I enjoy coffee and great conversation.

Josh Battaglia

Associate Pastor

I was born and raised in the greater Pittsburgh area of Pennsylvania. In 2019 the following happened; I graduated from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA with a double major in Biblical Studies and Student Ministries in May. I got married to my best friend, Amanda Battaglia on June 1st. After the wedding, going on our honeymoon and then a mission trip to Myanmar, we packed bags to fly to Farmington, New Mexico where I would interview to be the youth pastor at Day3Church and my wife would interview to be a special education teacher at Bluffview Elementary School. The interviews went well and on September 3rd we officially moved to Farmington. All that to say, the summer of 2019 was awesome!

Since then, our first child, Isaac James Battaglia was born on June 20th, 2023 and then our second child, Benjamin Thomas Battaglia was born on March 18th, 2025. I have also moved into an Associate Pastor role at Day3Church where I provide leadership over Day3Worship and Day3LifeGroups. I am a huge fan of the six-time super bowl champion Pittsburgh Steelers and the National Champion Crimson Tide! I love going to the movies with my wife and friends.

I still love our youth students however I also love having a greater opportunity to help lead people into worshiping God and encouraging others to do life with one another! If you ever want to go and grab lunch or coffee let me know!

Angie Neuhaus

Children's Director

I have worked with children, in some capacity for the majority of my life whether it was babysitting, childcare, after school and summer programs, lifeguarding and swim lessons, teaching, or ministering; my heart has always been for our next generation.

I graduated from UNM with a BA in psychology then later received my teaching license and have been teaching in the Farmington schools for the last 8 years.

My husband and I enjoy being outdoors- hiking, biking or any kind of water activity. In our dating and early marriage years we were always in the mountains or on the lake. More recently, we have taken the title of ‘Parents’ and are navigating the waters of parenthood together – sports parents, snack parents, and all around exhausted parents- we have enjoyed introducing our boys to God’s creation.

I am a coffee drinker and a sushi eater. I enjoy reading a good psychological thriller and will be your partner on any 5K run. I prefer rainy days over the sun and will car-karaoke all road trips. I am a mom of boys and am constantly learning grace and patience- and to carry extra wet wipes. I’ve seen God move mountains in my own life and understand that His path is far greater than my desire.

Phillip Nahkai

Grounds/Maintenance

I was born in Shiprock and raised in the Four Corners area. I am married to Lorien Nahkai and we have 5 beautiful children. I started attending Day3Church in 2018, where I was immediately challenged to Hear, Believe, Do and Grow. I have been a member of the staff since 2020. I have 25 years of experience in construction, HVAC and Corporate Ops/Facilities. I enjoy the outdoors, fly fishing, college sports (BOOMER SOONER) and music. I have been blessed to work with amazing people throughout my career and D3C is no exception. The drive for my life is based on “Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men,” Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭23‬. ‭ I encourage all people to be plugged into the Body of Christ. Day3Church is an awesome place to be plugged in but any church where a believer can grow in the knowledge of Christ is a good place to be. Have a happy day!

Ray McCann

Youth Coordinator

I was born and raised in Farmington, New Mexico. After graduating High School I attended San Juan College where I completed the fire science program and also the welding program. In 2012 I unexpectedly ran into a childhood friend that our parents use to have bible studies together. Little did I know that this childhood friend was actually my soul mate and that we would be married just a few years later. (I love you Sara).

Fast forward to October 2021, I ended up catching covid and was getting ready to  be in a fight for my life. I spent a total of 137 days between 3 different hospitals,  had multiple doctors and nurses tell my family that they needed to start preparing  for me not to make it… but God had a different plan.

My family started attending Day3 in the spring of 2022. Pretty much as soon as I got home from the hospital, we made this little church on the south side our home.  From the moment we stepped foot in the doors we were treated like family. I will always be very grateful for the love our church family has always given us.

I’ve always been passionate about working with youth, I think it stems from being an only child and not having a little brother or sister around. As the youth coordinator here at Day3 I get to be a part of every student’s life in our youth ministries. I work side by side with our youth pastor in putting together all fundraising events, camps, and trips that Day3SM is a part of.

My wife and I have 3 beautiful girls, Jadyn, Eva, & Harper. Needless to say, I am a Girl Dad through and through. When I'm not at the church or hanging out with our youth you can probably find me at one of the local baseball or football fields either umpiring or officiating games. If you ever want to talk sports over lunch or a cup of coffee I'm your guy. It’s always, GO REDSOX, FLY EAGLES FLY, or PLAY LIKE A CHAMPION TODAY NOTRE DAME FIGHTING IRISH!

Rachel Harvey

Social Media

I was born and raised in Michigan, but when I was 11, my family moved to Aztec, New Mexico, and I have called the Four Corners region my home ever since. I met my husband, Andre, on the grounds of Day3Church back in the late 1990s when it was still known as Bible Baptist Shepherd. Although we did not start dating until we were both in our twenties after high school, we are now celebrating almost 20 wonderful years of marriage! We are blessed with two fantastic sons who love the Lord and actively serve at Day3 in various ways.

I truly enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, going on mission trips, photography, art, enjoying rainy days, and watching the sunset. One of my favorite verses is, "If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself” (2 Timothy 2:13). God's faithfulness has been a source of strength for me through all seasons of life.

For many years, we had heard about Day3 and wanted to visit, but we felt it was important to remain at the church we were attending. Ultimately, God's timing is always perfect, and in 2019, we began attending Day3Church. Now, we consider it our home, and the wonderful people at Day3 are the reason we have chosen to stay in New Mexico! It has been incredible to witness how God has been at work in our church over the years, and I am excited to be part of a community with a vision that extends beyond our walls and makes a difference in the lives of people both locally and internationally, including places like Africa and Thailand!
